Chapel Hill Community Outreach hosts free workshops, seminars, and remembrance events intended to enhance the well-being and overall health of the Osceola, Mishawaka, Granger, Elkhart and greater South Bend area communities.

All of our Community Outreach events are free of charge and open to all, regardless if they have been served by our company.

Memorial Day Patriotic Remembrance
Designed to show dedication and appreciation to local veterans and military members, this family-friendly community event will also include the presentation of awards to the winners of our Youth Essay Contest.
Healing Path Workshop Series
The Healing Path Workshop Series focuses on practical "next steps" in the healing journey after the loss of a loved one. Each workshop will have a different speaker and a different topic of interest.
Father’s Day Rose Ceremony Remembrance
Uniquely inspiring, this hour-long program supports loss of parent, loss of child, and general loss. This is a free and family-friendly community event open to the entire public. A single long stem rose will be gifted to each registered guest.
Never Forget: A 9/11 Tribute
Join us as we honor and remember the victims and heroes of Sept. 11, 2001. We will never forget.
"Forever In Our Hearts" Walk of Remembrance & Bubble Release
A special community event to commemorate National Infant & Pregnancy Loss Remembrance Day.
Champions of Freedom Appreciation Luncheon
Local veterans and their families are invited to attend our “Champions of Freedom” Appreciation Luncheon. This free event will show gratitude and acknowledgement to our veterans.
Light of Hope Community Candlelight Remembrance
A beautiful and moving event designed to bring the community together to remember those we’ve lost. The lighting of candles in remembrance of loved ones is an impactful, visual ceremony.
Memorial Day Youth Essay Contest & Award Ceremony
Open to area middle and high school students of St. Joseph & Elkhart Counties, we hope our Memorial Day Youth Essay Contest will inspire young people in our community to learn more about the true meaning of this special day.
Mother’s Day Memorial Butterfly Release
The loss of a mother, child, or other loved one can make Mother’s Day a very sad time of year. In remembrance of those who touched our hearts and shaped our lives, we invite all members of our community to our Memorial Butterfly Release.
